Pencil Line Sketch #107

Last weeks Pencil Lines sketch was from the very talented Anna Bowkis from the UK. Anna's work is always inspiring,if you'd like to check out her blog click here.

I finally got around to using my KI pop culture papers, they're bright and funky and suited the theme. Wendy pls note FP felt shapes used
The photos are from our day at the Royal Melbourne Show, during the September school holidays.

Fun at the Show:

This weekend was really quite, the only time we went out, was to lunch in Tooradin at a restaurant called Wings and Fins near the airport, with our friends Judith and Alf. Neil and I shared the most magnificent seafood platter for two. Very yummy although we didn't have any lobster, as it is currently $120 a kilo. I like it but not that much. It was fun watching all the light planes take off and land and the constant steam of parachutists landing. Very entertaining.

After that we went to visit our good friends the Browns (Pearcedale variety) who live nearby, and had a lovely afternoon chatting and catching up with them. Sue had picked Madeleine up for us, and taken her back to their place, so she was there when we arrived. Thanks again Sue, I really appreciated it.

Be amazed be very amazed but that's it for today.

Cheers
